This leadership role is ideal for a professional with strong operational management experience in nightlife, hospitality, bars, restaurants, or entertainment venues. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, operationally driven, and experienced managing teams in fast-paced customer-facing environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple nightlife venues Manage and support venue leadership teams and operational staff Ensure consistency in guest experience, service standards, and operational procedures Monitor staffing levels, labor costs, inventory, and operational performance Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations Collaborate with marketing and event teams to support special events and high-volume operations Assist with conflict resolution and operational problem-solving as needed Qualifications 5+ years of operations, hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, or multi-unit management experience Experience managing high-volume operations and large teams Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with budgeting, labor management, and inventory control Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and decision-making abilities Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly Preferred Experience Multi-unit hospitality or nightlife operations Bar or beverage program oversight Event operations or entertainment venue experience Experience with POS systems and operational reporting Benefits Competitive salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Career growth opportunities Supportive and team-oriented environment If you have a strong hospitality operations background and enjoy leading teams in energetic, customer-focused environments, we encourage you to apply.
