Key Responsibilities:
Manage production, purchasing, estimating, inventory and warehouse operations Lead and develop supervisory and production personnel Monitor productivity, waste reduction, safety and cost control initiatives Coordinate with sales, customer service, purchasing and management to meet customer requirements Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved profitability Drive continuous improvement programs and process optimization Assist with capital equipment planning and implementation Operations Manager -
Qualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in paperboard packaging, printing, folding carton, corrugated or related industries Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Experience preparing and managing operating budgets, analyzing financial performance and controlling manufacturing costs Ability to analyze operational and financial data and implement improvements Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, based on experience
