We deliver specialized solutions that require skilled coordination, reliable execution, and a team that takes pride in getting it right. As we continue to grow, we are adding an Operations Manager to lead the people, processes, and systems that keep our business running. The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to own operations, not just manage tasks. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, technician and warehouse team leadership, procurement, scheduling, and the ongoing improvement of operational processes. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with Sales to deliver every customer project on time, on budget, and to a high standard. What You Will Do Own day-to-day operations from customer purchase order through project completion and invoicing Lead and develop a team of field technicians, team leads, and warehouse staff Build and manage project schedules, labor allocation, and resource planning Oversee procurement, inventory control, and warehouse operations Monitor project performance against timelines and margins, and resolve issues proactively Coordinate across Sales, vendors, subcontractors, and customers to keep projects on track Review operational KPIs and report results to the General Manager Ensure completed projects are invoiced accurately and promptly Build scalable processes and documentation that support the company's continued growth Conduct regular site visits and quality checks on active field projects What We Are Looking For 5 or more years of experience in operations management, field service, project management, or logistics, with direct supervisory responsibility Experience leading technical field teams and managing warehouse or distribution operations Proven ability to build processes, drive accountability, and improve operational efficiency Strong organizational and communication skills with comfort managing multiple priorities at once Experience with ERP, CRM, and scheduling systems Sound financial acumen, including comfort with budgets, labor costing, and margin analysis A hands-on approach, you are comfortable in the office, the warehouse, and on a job site Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel to customer sites Nice to Have Background in field service, installation, distribution, or a similar industry serving commercial customers Familiarity with OSHA general industry standards and warehouse safety compliance Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training or experience Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field (equivalent experience considered) Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications Eligible for performance-based bonus Full benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan Opportunity to grow with a company that is actively investing in its people and infrastructure Re-Sources is an equal opportunity employer.
