Hospitality Lounge Attendant

The Hospitality Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service within the hotel lounge area. This role ensures guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment while assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining lounge presentation, and responding to guest needs professionally and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hospitality lounge, seating areas, and beverage stations Restock food, beverages, snacks, utensils, and supplies throughout shifts Monitor buffet or refreshment areas to ensure quality and presentation standards Assist guests with questions regarding hotel amenities, dining, and local attractions Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Handle guest concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary Support team members and other hotel departments as needed Ensure lounge opening and closing duties are completed accurately Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills Customer service excellence Team collaboration Time management Attention to detail Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
