What You'll Do Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams Supervise and coach Account Managers across multiple franchise systems Provide mentorship, training, and operational support to ensure high-quality service delivery Help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Become a Strategic Partner to Franchisors Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisor leadership teams Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and operational guidance Lead regular meetings with franchisors to review performance, address concerns, and support growth initiatives Drive Operational Excellence Oversee bookkeeping operations across 80-150+ franchisee accounts through your team Ensure month-end closes, reporting, and service standards are completed accurately and on time Standardize workflows, improve efficiencies, and implement scalable best practices Support Franchisee Success Assist with onboarding and training new franchise owners Help franchisees understand financial processes and reporting expectations Provide high-level support on complex bookkeeping issues and escalations Influence Growth & Innovation Analyze trends, identify process improvements, and recommend operational enhancements Collaborate with leadership on technology, staffing, and service expansion initiatives Help shape the future of MFB's franchise accounting and client experience strategies What Makes This Role Exciting? Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations experience Prior leadership or team management experience strongly preferred QuickBooks Online expertise required; QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred or required shortly after hire Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and operational accounting processes Excellent communication, coaching, and client relationship skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Experience with franchise accounting or multi-location businesses is a major plus Comfortable with technology, automation tools, and process improvement initiatives
