This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

Starting rate: $20.66/hour 6% attendance bonus, bringing starting wage to approximately $21.90/hour Yearly raises

Schedule & Expectations:

On-call rotation every 8 weeks Rotating weekends off AM and PM shifts

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and staff performance Ensure team productivity and quality standards are met Provide guidance, training, and support to employees Maintain a safe and efficient work environment Communicate effectively with management and team members

Qualifications:
