Job Description

Store Manager:
Rondinelli Tuxedo Company is looking for an experienced manager to run our location at the Great Lakes Mall in Mentor, OH! Applicants should have experience in Menswear Retail & the menswear rental industry. The primary focus of this role is to oversee the daily operations and lead the existing team at our retail location.
Main job responsibilities include:
leading our team of retail associates, delegating tasks associated with store management, greeting customers, processing orders, inventory management, taking customer measurements, and overseeing general customer satisfaction. Applicants will be provided with the following benefits: Additional Commission Pay on ALL Retail & Rental Sales Quarterly Performance Bonuses & Profit Sharing Paid Vacations Medical, Dental, Life & Vision Insurance Flexible Scheduling Applicants should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and manage store inventory and orders to ensure organization and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and highly organized, be able to prioritize and delegate tasks, and be successful at creating good customer relationships.
