Oversee all warehouse, distribution, and light fabrication shop operations including assembly, tube bending, and saw cutting
Direct and manage a team of approximately 7 operators and 1 shipping/receiving associate
Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure on-time project completion
Drive operational efficiency across fabrication and distribution workflows Key Requirements
Proven experience in warehousing and fabrication operations management
Site relocation experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
Strong team management style with a collaborative leadership approach
