Data-driven mindset with experience using production numbers to lead operational changes. Proficiency in using Google Docs for operational documentation and reporting. Your role as an On-Site Manager Oversee daily warehouse floor operations and manage staffing levels to ensure productivity. Monitor and analyze production data to implement necessary operational improvements. Manage employee relations, including performance coaching and formal documentation. Coordinate directly with clients to resolve staffing requests and communicate team solutions. Maintain high standards of workflow efficiency and staff performance within the facility.
