This role is critical to driver retention, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance. The right candidate is direct, responsive, and committed to supporting drivers and customers every day. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day transportation and dispatch operations! Directly oversee, support, and retain drivers. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Ensure phones are answered and issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Coordinate scheduling, load planning, and on time service. Monitor driver performance, service levels, and KPIs. Ensure DOT compliance, safety standards, and company policies are followed. Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable. Qualifications Experience in transportation, trucking, or fleet operations. Proven experience managing drivers and customer relationships. Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. Driver-first, customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance preferred.
