  • Full-time Our client, a well-capitalized and rapidly scaling home services organization, is seeking a Regional Director of Production to lead multi-market field operations across key Midwest territories.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling production infrastructure, driving operational performance, and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple locations. This leader will play a critical role in developing high-performing field teams, optimizing production systems, and ensuring disciplined execution across high-volume residential service operations. Scope of Responsibility Lead regional production operations across the Midwest Oversee Field Supervisors, Operations staff, Project Coordinators, and subcontractor networks Develop and execute production strategies focused on efficiency, quality, and margin performance Manage scheduling, workflow progression, KPIs, and regional capacity planning Ensure consistent adherence to safety, quality, and service delivery standards across all job sites Oversee permitting, inspections, materials coordination, and jobsite logistics Review scopes of work and contracts to validate feasibility, accuracy, and profitability Manage gross margin performance, labor allocations, receivables inputs, and regional overhead Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, municipalities, and third-party partners Improve production cycle times while navigating permitting and supply chain constraints Establish a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership to standardize scalable production systems across markets Candidate Profile 7+ years of residential home services production or field operations leadership experience 3+ years managing multi-crew and/or multi-market operational teams Strong technical understanding of residential service delivery, field operations, and installation practices Proven experience managing both subcontracted and in-house crews Strong familiarity with permitting, inspections, and municipal requirements across Midwest markets Experience overseeing high-volume, multi-location residential service operations Proficiency with CRMs such as AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Salesforce, or similar platforms Willingness and ability to travel regionally as needed Strong leadership presence with a bias toward urgency, accountability, and execution Opportunity Highlights Lead production operations across established and emerging Midwest markets Build and scale teams, systems, and operational processes in a high-growth environment Direct partnership with senior operations leadership on high-impact initiatives Significant influence in defining operational standards across multiple regions High-visibility leadership role with meaningful ownership over performance outcomes and scalability Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to $120,000, commensurate with experience Annual performance-based bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and company holidays Company vehicle and Mileage reimbursement Company-issued tech, and tools
