• Full-time Clearview Tinting has been delivering window film solutions for commercial and residential clients for over 20 years.

We're adding a second Project Manager to our team — someone who can own the field side of our operation, keep multiple jobs moving at once, and stay sharp when things get complicated. This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You'll be supervising installers and subcontractors, making site visits, prepping jobs, and serving as the primary point of contact between our production team and our owner. If you do your best work when things are busy and you're good at staying calm when they aren't, this might be a fit.

What You'll Do:

Directly supervise and coordinate installers and subcontractors across active jobs Visit job sites as needed — especially for larger installs, complex projects, or redos Serve as the go-to liaison between field operations and ownership for project details and updates Ensure every job is fully prepped before it leaves — right materials, right tools, right information Review and manage film and tool inventory; handle film boxes and materials (up to 30 lbs) Keep the daily and weekly installer schedule accurate and current Anticipate problems before they become problems — and solve them fast when they do

What We're Looking For:

Experience managing or supervising a field-based team Strong multitasker who stays focused and effective when juggling competing priorities Clear, direct communicator — with both installers in the field and leadership in the office

Solution-oriented:

when something goes sideways, you move toward the fix, not the frustration Valid driver's license required Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office Ability to lift up to 30 lbs This role is split between office and field.
