Role:

As our Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless integration, and driving growth and excellence. Your strategic leadership and expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality patient care, improve operational efficiency, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure succession planning and employee development Develop and implement effective operational strategies, aligning with AOM Healthcare's mission and vision Collaborate with hospital administrators, medical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations and administrative support Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement Analyze and resolve operational issues, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial stability and growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role in healthcare operations Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to travel frequently to multiple locations within the region
