Job Description

Chevrolet Of Troy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Operations Director to lead and oversee our service, parts, and collision operations. This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability within the fixed operations department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, a commitment to quality, and the ability to foster a positive and productive team environment. Responsibilities Manage and direct all fixed operations activities including service.. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance goals. Monitor department budgets, expenses, and profitability to meet financial targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with sales and other departments to align business objectives and enhance overall dealership performance. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt service offerings and maintain competitive advantage. Requirements Proven experience in fixed operations leadership within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of service, parts, and collision operations management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and manufacturer standards. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
