Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to join our team. This role combines operational responsibilities with business development efforts, ensuring smooth logistics while driving growth through marketing and client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations Enforce company and DOT safety procedures Ensure proper maintenance of facility and storage units Operate the Go Mini's truck to deliver and pick up portable storage units. Perform facility opening and closing functions Ensure trucks and forklifts are operable and are being maintained properly and following company procedures Prepare, evaluate, and balance the employee and delivery schedules Manage facility inventory and assets Successfully manage and collect past-due accounts Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency, safety, and goal achievement Assist with marketing initiatives and consistently build relationships with accounts Requirements Proficient software skills Strong communication skills Valid driver's license in good standing Ability to lift and move heavy items as required Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle last minute dealings to schedule Flexible work schedule to accommodate our customers as needed Proficiency in English Possesses strong organizational and time management skills We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
