Roofing Field Superintendent Elite Exteriors - Southern Ohio Region The Difference Between a Good Roofing Company and a Great One Usually Comes Down to Production. Elite Exteriors is looking for a Roofing Field Superintendent who knows how to: keep jobs moving manage crews professionally communicate with homeowners and maintain standards in the field This is not a "watch the crews and carry a clipboard" type of role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and helps ensure projects are completed the right way — from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Oversee roofing and exterior remodeling projects in the field Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and schedules Ensure quality control and jobsite safety Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the project Coordinate inspections, permits, and material deliveries Troubleshoot jobsite issues and keep production moving Perform final walkthroughs and maintain company standards Work closely with leadership and production teams What We're Looking For 3-5 years of roofing, exterior remodeling, or construction management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage crews and subcontractors professionally Organized and detail-oriented mindset Ability to problem solve under pressure Clean driving record Comfortable working in the field and on roofs Experience with production management or field operations strongly preferred Who Does Well Here Foremen ready to step into leadership Production-minded professionals who take pride in organized jobsites Individuals who hold crews accountable while maintaining professionalism Leaders who understand customer communication matters just as much as production Let's Be Real The best field leaders are hard to find.
