  • The Operations Manager reports to the CEO and will be responsible for the implementation of a robust Banking operational functions throughout the bank and its branches
  • The ideal person will lead the branch teams in developing and maintaining business relationships, deploying financial solutions, acquiring new customers and deepening existing client relationships Core Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, supervise, monitor and control all branches and self-service channels (e.g ATMs, Mobile, Apps, Internet, etc) to deliver value propositions for the various customer segments
  • Responsible for ensuring that central processing operations are carried out in line with regulatory requirements and standard practices and in pursuit of the bank's business objectives
  • Review and/or develop in consultation with management standard operating policies and procedures
  • Preparation of reconciliation statements for all internal and suspense accounts
  • Investment and resolve any anomalies or outstanding items on internal and suspense accounts reconciliation statements
  • Supervise and monitor treasury management functions including cash evacuations Qualification Required & Experience
  • First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking
  • A Master's Degree, Full or Part professional qualification in banking or other related fields (e.g. ACIB,ACCA, ICAG, etc) will be an added advantage
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be very conversant with banking principles and rural banking operations
  • Good knowledge of
