Job Description

Campus Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD Crossover - 3.3 Tulsa, OK Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Mobile device support Administrative experience Bachelor's degree Vendor communication Parent communication in school administration Delegation Full Job Description
LOCATION NOTE
This is an in-person role based at one of our campus locations. Many schools hide operations work behind closed doors, endless meetings, and approval chains. Alpha operates differently. This role puts you front and center every day: welcoming families, troubleshooting device problems, managing smooth arrivals and dismissals, reassuring concerned parents, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the campus feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha. We are looking for someone who can be approachable without sacrificing standards, systematic without disappearing into process, and self-assured without distancing themselves from hands-on work. You will be accountable for nearly everything outside of teaching: family communications, attendance systems, campus security, building upkeep, meal service, technology support, events, and the minor issues that escalate quickly without decisive action. You will not be supported by a large on-site operations staff. You will have documented procedures, access to remote support channels, and established expectations, but you must learn quickly, leverage available resources, and exercise sound judgment in real time. The payoff over time is earning recognition as the trusted professional families depend on, guides turn to, and students feel comfortable approaching when problems arise. If you are drawn to a high-visibility school operations position where service orientation, decision-making, communication skills, and personal accountability are tested daily, submit your application now. What you will be doing Serve as the primary reliable contact for parents, students, staff, and guests, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication. Take ownership of daily campus operations, covering arrival procedures, dismissal routines, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch management, campus presentation, event execution, and facilities maintenance follow-through. Address safety protocols and student welfare needs, including entry control, emergency drills, health situations, record-keeping, and family notifications. Oversee student technology and essential campus IT functions, such as device configuration, account assistance, basic troubleshooting, backup procedures, repair coordination, and escalation to remote technical support. Cultivate trust with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding institutional standards. What you will NOT be doing Remaining out of sight in an administrative office while others manage family and student interactions. Delivering classroom instruction, mentoring Guides, or developing academic curriculum. Deferring every decision to a supervisor before taking action. Managing campus operations through prolonged meeting cycles when immediate answers are required. Delegating facilities work, device support, vendor coordination, or meal logistics as outside your scope. Key Responsibilities Deliver a secure, efficient, and inviting campus environment that builds confidence among students, parents, and staff daily. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified) At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Fort Worth, TX (Southlake); Keller, TX (Fort Worth); Austin, TX (Spyglass); Houston, TX (Woodlands); Oklahoma City, OK; Park City, UT; Tulsa, OK; Tampa, FL; Denver, CO; or Brentwood, TN — or willing to relocate This position is also known as: Campus Coordinator School Operations Manager Campus Operations Manager Operations Administrator Administrative Services Coordinator School Office Manager School Administrative Coordinator Site Coordinator Office Operations Coordinator
