Job Description

Operations Supervisor We are seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to manage daily activity across our manufacturing floor. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory, assembly processes, production flow, and manufacturing team members to ensure products are built efficiently, safely, and correctly. The Operations Supervisor will work closely with leadership, engineering, supply chain, and production staff to keep manufacturing organized and on schedule. This person will help assign work, monitor build progress, identify bottlenecks, maintain inventory discipline, and ensure workers have the parts, tools, and instructions needed to complete assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily manufacturing floor operations Manage assembly workflow, production schedules, and build priorities Supervise, train, and support manufacturing workers Ensure inventory is organized, tracked, and available for production Coordinate with supply chain to prevent material shortages Monitor quality, safety, cleanliness, and process consistency Identify production bottlenecks and improve manufacturing efficiency Make sure work instructions, tools, and parts are available for each build Track production progress and report issues to leadership Help create a culture of accountability, organization, and continuous improvement

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is organized, practical, and comfortable managing people on a manufacturing floor. They should understand assembly operations, inventory control, production planning, and how to keep workers focused, supported, and accountable.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
