Job Description

Juniper Preserve, located in Bend, OR , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Food & Beverage Operations Coordinator! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. Hourly rate:
$22.00 per hour. SUMMARY The Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the seamless execution of back of house operations by ensuring all behind-the-scenes logistics and setups are prepared to the highest standards. This is a non-guest-facing role focused on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and inventory in the back-of-house areas, assisting with banquet setup/teardown, and completing various side tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist as needed in event setups & tear downs, regularly check venue spaces indoor & outdoor to ensure cleanliness & standard setups are returned post event. Assist as needed with event & restaurant preparations related to pulling china, flatware & glassware & polishing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the BOH, Market and Commissary. Perform daily operations of the Commissary. Track low or out-of-stock items, updating managers to facilitate timely reorders. Receive and organize deliveries from F&B vendors, ensuring accurate labeling and storage. Deliver F&B orders for various outlets as submitted by team members or management Collaborate with managers for monthly inventory counts and reporting, assisting in recording transfers of product between outlets. Assist with scanning invoices into accounting systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all back-of-house spaces, including storage rooms and common areas. Clean and organize the golf cage and other assigned areas. Perform light cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal. Reports directly to the F&B Operations Managers, with additional tasks occasionally assigned by the rest of the food and beverage management team. . Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet business needs. Step in to assist with operations across all F&B departments to address staffing needs or operational demands. SKILLS Proven experience working independently within the F&B or hospitality industry. Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. OLCC & Oregon Food handlers certifications required.
PREFERRED
Certification in Food Safety Management (e.g., ServSafe Manager Certification). Advanced coursework or certification in financial management, inventory systems, or hospitality operations.
