Willamette Pass Resort is seeking an experienced and driven Mountain Manager to lead mountain operations during an exciting period of growth and investment. Position Overview:

The Mountain Manager will oversee all on-mountain operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality conditions for guests and staff. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to build and mentor a strong operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
