Description Business Manager•On Site The position is responsible for supporting and assisting the Housing Program Manager or Senior Housing Program. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management or related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.Coursework/Training:
Must be capable of successfully completing the course for Certified Occupancy Specialist (either Quadel or NCHM) and obtaining certification within the first year of employment. 2 years of experience in a housing, social service or health care organization or work with elderly, disabled or other persons with special needs is required.
