00 Position Summary The Director of Finance Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight for key financial operations across the health system, including Decision Support, Real Estate and Project Management Office. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, drives data-informed decision making, and partners with executive leadership to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency. This role provides enterprise leadership for Asante's real estate portfolio and project delivery-covering property, transactions, and construction management, and leading the system Project Management Office (PMO) to execute major initiatives efficiently and effectively. Position Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance with leadership responsibility, complex contract negotiation experience, and collaboration with architects/contractors consultants Expertise in decision support systems, finance analytics and ability to implement a rigorous, data driven project approach across multiple initiatives. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in financial systems and data analytics tools Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, healthcare management or related field is required Master's Degree is preferred Total Rewards We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
