We are seeking an experienced broadband deployment Supervisor to join our Operations Team. This position is perfect for candidates who are interested in a long-term career at our family-owned company, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to learn new skills while working with a team of trained and motivated professionals.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years plant maintenance, central office telecom work, and fiber optic broadband projects
• Experience with using Google Suite or Microsoft office

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the broadband deployment installer/repairer team in the local area
• Supervises staff that installs, maintains, and repairs broadband network, cable, subscriber carrier systems, terminal, protection device, and customer owned equipment
• May also diagnose and repair trouble in switching equipment, voice frequency repeaters, loop extenders and cable loading systems and other broadband equipment
• Typically installs drops, ONTs, splices fiber, and performs initial wiring or rewiring for new customers
• Performs internal locating services for Rally Networks for required Oregon and Idaho 811 tickets
• Manages day to day operations and supervises personnel in all the above-mentioned responsibilities
• Approves timesheets and ensures accuracy in all reporting and inventory needs.
