Job Description

Director of Operations Are you a hands-on operations leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoys building scalable systems from the ground up? We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead global manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service functions across multiple sites. This is a high-impact leadership role within a growing electronics technology company, where you will drive operational performance, improve customer outcomes, and help shape the future of the business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach. You'll lead operational transformation, strengthen manufacturing processes, and build the systems, structure, and discipline needed to support continued growth. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service operations across multiple sites. Drive operational excellence across electronics manufacturing and assembly environments. Improve production planning, inventory management, supplier performance, and delivery reliability. Build scalable processes and transition operations from spreadsheet-based workflows to integrated ERP-driven systems. Develop robust quality systems that improve product reliability and reduce rework. Partner with Engineering and Commercial teams to support new product introductions and customer commitments. Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus. What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech production environments. Strong background in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality management. Experience leading operational transformation and implementing scalable systems and processes. Knowledge of major ERP platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics. A hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and delivering results. Why Join? Pay:
$140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
