Job Description:
Operation & Events Manager for CAM Payroll LLC (a common paymaster for pet boarding and multifamily real estate businesses) to work at our Chambersburg, PA HQ loc & occasional travel to our other company locations. Coordinate educational & retreat-style experiences for clients, while managing digital outreach, internal event logistics, & stakeholder communications. Enhance brand presence, coordinate retreat programs, & manage company events. Plan & manage monthly educational retreats & wellness events, incl venue selection, participant communication, scheduling, & logistics coordination. Event topics will center around dog/pet care and safety, leadership training, customer service training, system updates, etc. Oversee website content, updates, & functionality to support marketing & client engagement. Coordinate digital marketing across company locations, incl social media management & content creation (incl taking photos & videos of events). Develop educational programming & outdoor wellness experiences aligned w/ company mission & client needs. Manage communications w/ internal stakeholders & external partners. Support promotional efforts for retreat offerings & local events through digital channels & live outreach. Assist in community development & strategic engagement to support business growth. Help to manage the operations of the company locations. May undergo background checks. Occasional evening/weekend hours for events. Little regional travel to company locations & events (travel up to 60 days/year). Must have Bachelors in any field, and 2 years of relevant exp in retreat planning, educational event coordination, or community engagement. Also requires skills (2 years exp) in: website platform (Wix, WordPress, or SquareSpace; or other relevant website platform) and social media mgmt tools.
