Salaried position based on experience Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including shipping & receiving and materials handling Manage transportation logistics including freight scheduling, dispatching, fleet management, and transportation management systems. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across supply chain functions. Collaborate with procurement teams for sourcing materials, category management, and pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff involved in shipping & receiving, materials handling, and warehouse operations. Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including demand planning, procurement, and logistics. Expertise in warehouse distribution strategies. Proficiency with transportation planning tools and freight management software. Familiarity with packaging standards, materials handling equipment like forklifts, and sourcing strategies.
