We are looking for a strong leader to oversee field operations and ensure every project is completed to industry standards.

Position Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for managing all mitigation field operations, supervising technicians, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise mitigation technicians and crew leads Manage daily job scheduling, dispatching, and workflow Ensure all projects follow

standards Oversee moisture mapping, monitoring, and job documentation Conduct job site inspections and quality control checks Estimate and estimate revisions Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and property managers Review job files for accuracy before submission Maintain equipment inventory, cleanliness, and readiness Support emergency on‑call rotation as needed Promote a positive, accountable, and safety‑focused team culture

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in mitigation/restoration (water, fire, mold) Leadership or crew‑lead experience required

IICRC WRT/ASD

Requiered 5+ years of experience with Xactimate and Symbility ( Required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast‑paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday-Friday, with rotating on‑call and holidays availability.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
