SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for leading and supervising the Employee Relations Specialists in all aspects of Employee and Labor Relations which primarily encompasses counsel and guidance to managers in performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, compliance, policy and procedure development and implementation, contract interpretation and other issues. Requires advance knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations, labor law, contract interpretation and organizational policies and procedures to reduce legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance. As a supervisor, this individual will supervise staff to ensure consistency and compliance in all employee and labor relation processes and in decision making. The supervisor will oversee a team of Employee Relations Specialists and will be responsible for timekeeping, performance evaluations and providing guidance and direction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
(S): Bachelor's degree Minimum five (5) years related experience

(S): Experience working with labor unions preferred. SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or
