Comprehensive health benefits, retirement plan, PTO, and more What You'll Be Doing Lead and supervise excavation crews on residential plumbing and utility projects Assign daily responsibilities and monitor crew productivity and performance Manage the sales process from start to finish with residential and commercial customers Coordinate daily site operations with project managers, customers, and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct daily toolbox safety meetings Oversee trench safety, shoring systems, and proper use of excavation equipment Interpret blueprints, grading plans, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution Monitor quality standards and verify work is completed correctly Track daily production, labor hours, materials, and project progress Communicate project updates and operational needs to leadership Maintain a professional customer experience throughout project execution What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of experience as an Excavation Foreman, Site Supervisor, Crew Lead, or similar leadership role Strong experience supervising excavation crews and field operations Knowledge of heavy equipment operations, including excavators, loaders, and dozers Ability to read and interpret blueprints, grading plans, and project specifications Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and excavation safety requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities What We Offer Competitive Compensation Performance-Based Incentives Company Vehicle Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays FREE Membership at Morgainz Fitness Advancement Opportunities as We Expand into New Markets Supportive Team Environment with Long-Term Career Growth What Success Looks Like Maintain safe, efficient, and productive excavation operations Deliver projects on schedule and within quality standards Build a high-performing, accountable field team Ensure excellent customer experiences throughout project execution Contribute to operational improvements and company growth initiatives Ready to Grow With a Company on the Rise?
