Requires high mobility, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Outdoor and indoor work in all types of weather year-round. Required Experience Clerical experience Labor experience Supervisory experience Required Skills Critical thinking Organizational skills Communication skills Ability to learn operational tasks Training Requirements Must be trained in tasks performed at the terminal Must be able to explain tasks to hourly employees Must perform training and re-training of hourly employees as needed Physical Requirements Climb ladders 8 ft to 12 ft while connected to fall safety equipment Squat and climb under tanker railcars Operate hand tools Lift 60-70 lbs. unassisted Additional Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred. Train on safe operation of a yard tractor to move loaded and empty trailers (non-CDL) Train on proprietary computer system programs used to prepare equipment for specific tasks Looking for meaningful work?
