Job Description

Assistant Property Manager
  • Field Operations Growing property management company looking for assistant property manager for immediate hire to handle all field operations.
Excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn about real estate and property management from the ground up.
MUST HAVE A CAR.
Assistant property manager will support the property manager by:
  • Visiting managed properties daily throughout city, assessing conditions and working with maintenance team to ensure units are kept up to owner standards
  • Preparing for tenant move-ins by confirming repairs are complete, appliances work, and keys ready; handling inspections upon move-out
  • Working with outside vendors (contractors, electricians, plumbers) to oversee property repairs and improvements
  • Showing apartments to prospective tenants Candidate must be energetic, flexible, and excited to learn.
Must be resourceful, have an eye for detail, and able to work independently in fast-paced, often stressful industry. Strong communication skills important. Familiarity with maintenance and construction a plus. Must have transportation to move between office and properties.
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year, plus rental commission and healthcare stipend. 15 paid days off plus holidays. Reimbursements for gas/parking. This Job Is Ideal for
