Innkeeper - The Boggs Mansion Part of The Gather Company Collection The Boggs Mansion, a lovingly restored 1800s Victorian home and a proud member of The Gather Company family, is seeking a charismatic, hospitality-driven Innkeeper to help lead the guest experience at our historic inn. As part of our close-knit leadership team, you'll work in partnership with the General Manager to ensure each guest feels welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. From morning coffee to evening check-ins, every moment is an opportunity to create connection and delight. The ideal Gather Company Innkeeper brings a balance of warmth, organization, and leadership — someone who takes pride in creating memorable stays and managing the rhythm of the house with grace.

Preferred background:

2+ years of hospitality or lodging leadership experience 2+ years of housekeeping or quality assurance experience Proven success managing both front and back of house teams Strong guest relations skills and the ability to handle challenges with empathy and composure Food & beverage experience; ServSafe certification a plus Excellent communication with guests, team members, and leadership A love of local history, storytelling, and creating connection through place A natural sense of ownership, pride, and attention to detail What You'll Do As a Gather Company Innkeeper, you'll be entrusted with ensuring the inn runs smoothly and beautifully — creating moments that make each guest's stay unforgettable. This role is 100% hands-on and at times works independently as well as with a small support team.

Your role will include:

Guest Experience:

Be the heart of hospitality — greeting guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and creating an atmosphere that feels both personal and exceptional.

Breakfast Service:

Prepare and serve a beautifully presented breakfast experience each morning, from menu planning and presentation to ensuring guests begin their day feeling cared for and delighted.

Clean Sweep:

Complete all aspects of housekeeping services from bathroom and bedroom cleanliness to laundry and room staging. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and room quality are met.

Welcome Home:

Personalize each guest stay, learn their stories, and inspire your team to deliver hospitality that feels genuine and thoughtful.

Operational Support:

Provide daily operations support, scheduling, and staff coordination to keep the mansion running smoothly.
