Site Manager Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Oversight of Direct Support Professionals and Program operations Health and Safety of Individuals served Implementation of ISP Services Monthly collection and review of residential service documentation Communication to Program Specialist regarding all areas associated with the implementation of contracted services Ensure appropriate staffing as indicated in each Individuals ISP Highly Competitive wages $18.75-$21.00 per hour Comprehensive Benefits Package Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k with company match Opportunity for promotion and raises
