Job Summary:

We seek an experienced leader to drive operational excellence across second-shift manufacturing operations. Our team values proactive oversight, process improvement, and a strong focus on safety and collaboration to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

Oversee production processes for approximately 30 direct labor associates, ensuring efficiency, quality, and schedule adherence. Spend significant time on the production floor supervising teams, ensuring safety protocols, and driving performance improvements. Implement Lean projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support new product introduction while maintaining seamless operations. Manage talent, conduct performance management, support employee growth, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Required:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or minimum 1 year of experience with a Master's degree, in fields such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain. Lean Leadership Training/Certification or equivalent is required. Proven experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment with a demonstrated ability to hit the ground running.
