Job Description

National Account Manager About the Opportunity A leading provider of security and protective services is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to oversee multi-site security operations for a large national client portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, workforce management, and compliance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at building client relationships, managing teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. This position primarily works a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday; however, flexibility to support evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency operational needs is required. Key Responsibilities Account & Operations Management Oversee daily security operations across multiple locations Partner with client leadership and site management teams to ensure service excellence Ensure proper staffing, training, equipment, and operational readiness Conduct site visits, inspections, audits, and quality assurance reviews Review reports and operational documentation for accuracy and compliance Coordinate coverage for remote locations, special events, and operational needs Manage equipment, uniforms, vehicles, and other company assets Support invoicing processes and ensure timely client billing Travel regularly to support operational initiatives and client requirements Personnel Management Recruit, interview, onboard, and train security personnel Monitor employee performance and support professional development Manage scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage while controlling overtime Enforce company policies, procedures, and professional standards Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action when necessary Foster employee engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture Ensure completion of all required training and compliance programs Qualifications Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred Previous account management experience required Contract security management experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to travel as needed Must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements Benefits Competitive compensation package Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation Paid Training Company-Provided Uniforms and Equipment If you are an experienced operations leader with a passion for client service, team development, and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
