Position Overview The Admissions & Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting student recruitment, admissions processing, office administration, and daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is excited about contributing to the growth of a new educational institution. The successful candidate will interact with prospective students, assist applicants throughout the admissions process, support administrative functions, and help represent the university to future students. Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and online channels. Conduct follow-up communications with prospective students and applicants. Guide applicants through the admissions and enrollment process. Maintain accurate student records and CRM databases. Schedule appointments, interviews, and information sessions. Support student recruitment initiatives and outreach activities. Assist with university events, webinars, and promotional activities. Provide administrative support for daily office operations. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed. Collaborate with leadership on special projects and operational initiatives. Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and student experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional and friendly customer service approach. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online systems. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, sales, admissions, education, hospitality, or administration. Familiarity with CRM systems and student information systems.
