6am-3pm UK time (currently 2pm-11pm) PHT; As trust is built and ownership of the role is demonstrated, there may be some flexibility over time. However, there will always need to be sufficient overlap with the UK working day.

Three of the four Partners hold key roles - Founder, Early Employee, and CEO - at a company generating eight-figure revenue through Amazon Vendor across global markets.
Hands-On Expertise:
The fourth Partner independently built a successful Amazon Seller business, adding valuable experience in operations and marketplace growth. Established Foundation - They've built a high-performing Amazon Seller account with strong product traction and scalable systems, and are on pace to achieve multi-million pound revenue this year. The company operates in two core areas: Strategic Brand Partnerships - Working directly with suppliers and established brands to grow their Amazon presence and maximise sales. Private Label Growth - Building and scaling a premium clothing brand known for quality craftsmanship and a customer-first approach. With demand growing and operations expanding, the team is now focused on accelerating sales, improving processes, and laying the groundwork for long-term success. They're looking for top-tier talent to help take the business to the next level. About the Role This is not a traditional operations role. This is a growth-led leadership position for someone who understands that operational excellence is a lever for scale - but revenue growth, profitability, and long-term brand positioning are the ultimate goals. As Amazon Growth & Operations Manager - you will drive commercial execution of the account end-to-end. You will drive revenue expansion, margin optimisation, traffic growth, and market share gains across Amazon marketplaces - while ensuring operational foundations support sustainable scale. You will sit at the intersection of: Brand strategy Revenue growth Pricing & promotion strategy Inventory optimisation Marketplace expansion (EU) PPC alignment Customer experience & long-term brand equity Reporting directly to the Director, you will lead a lean team, define scalable growth frameworks, and work closely together to shape and execute commercial initiatives. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who thinks commercially and takes full accountability for growth outcomes - not just an operator. Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Commercial Growth Ownership Lead delivery against top-line revenue targets and support contribution margin performance across Amazon marketplaces Develop and execute multi-market growth strategies to increase sales, ranking, and market share Build and refine promotional calendars aligned with inventory position, seasonality, and brand strategy Own deal strategy, event planning (Prime, seasonal peaks), and ongoing price optimisation Balance growth initiatives with profitability objectives, maintaining healthy contribution margins 2. Brand Positioning & Marketplace Visibility Lead Amazon SEO and ranking improvement initiatives Improve CTR and CVR through content optimisation and merchandising best practices Oversee listing creation and final approval to ensure high-converting, brand-consistent pages Ensure cohesive brand positioning across all EU marketplaces Drive review quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term brand trust 3. Product Launch & Expansion Strategy Define and execute scalable product launch frameworks for private label growth Own go-to-market strategies across EU marketplaces Coordinate inventory, PPC, promotions, and ranking velocity for successful launches Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities based on category data 4. Pricing & Margin Strategy Develop structured pricing frameworks informed by competitor landscape and elasticity Conduct post-event analysis on promotions and sales periods, assessing revenue impact, contribution margin, and inventory effects to inform future commercial decisions. Optimise promotional depth and frequency to maximise ROI Partner on margin improvement initiatives Align inventory planning with commercial strategy to avoid cash traps 5. Inventory & Operational Growth Levers Collaborate on forecasting and replenishment strategy as a growth lever (not just stock control), managing the forecasting model and driving execution Ensure inventory availability supports ranking, promotion velocity, and seasonal demand Oversee AGL shipments, EU VAT considerations, and cross-border inventory planning Reduce operational friction to increase speed and scalability 6. Paid Media & Traffic Strategy Alignment Oversee PPC performance in partnership with a specialist, ensuring ad spend aligns with revenue goals, margin targets, and inventory strategy Bring a deep understanding of Amazon PPC economics, including TACoS, contribution impact, bid strategy, and scaling frameworks, using paid media as a primary lever for profitable growth Balance TACoS, growth velocity, and ranking sustainability Drive both organic and paid traffic growth 7. Team Leadership & Performance Culture Lead and mentor a lean Amazon team Build scalable processes, dashboards, and accountability frameworks Track commercial KPIs and identify growth and risk signals Foster an outcome-driven, high-performance culture Essential skills and qualifications: 5+ years of experience scaling Amazon Seller brands with clear revenue impact Demonstrated track record of sustained sales growth across multiple marketplaces Strong commercial acumen: understands margin, pricing strategy, contribution economics, and cash flow Proven ability to increase traffic, ranking, and conversion rates Advanced understanding of Amazon SEO and discoverability levers Deep understanding of Amazon PPC performance drivers, with the ability to evaluate and challenge strategy to ensure advertising spend translates into profitable growth. Experience aligning PPC strategy with inventory and profitability goals Strong forecasting and inventory planning skills tied directly to revenue acceleration Experience operating across EU marketplaces (VAT, cross-border logistics, compliance) Confident reviewing and approving high-converting listing copy Experience leading small, high-performing teams Data-driven, strategic thinker with execution discipline The profile we're looking for: A proven track record of driving sustained sales growth on Amazon, using a combination of operational excellence, pricing, promotions, and execution discipline. Strong expertise in Amazon search optimisation and ranking improvement, with a clear understanding of the levers that drive visibility and discoverability. Demonstrated ability to increase traffic, both organically and through coordinated commercial and promotional initiatives. A strong commercial and operational mindset around inventory planning, with the ability to balance stock availability, promotions, and growth across multiple marketplaces. A strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring operational decisions support high review quality, low returns, and long-term brand trust. Experience improving listing click-through rates through high-quality content, optimisation, and effective use of merchandising best practices. A track record of improving cost efficiency, including fulfilment, logistics, and operational processes, while protecting service levels.
