You will utilize your strong organizational, management, and communication skills to ensure that standards are met at client sites. Personally, you have a passion for providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Act with Integrity; Focus on Service; Nurture Collaboration and Perform with Passion Provide oversight for daily cleaning activities to meet specifications and quality standards at client sites Manage supplies, labour, repairs and maintenance in accordance to budget Conduct scheduled job site audits; resolve issues as required in a timely manner Communicate on an ongoing and regular basis with CleanMark management Train and supervise Service Personnel, manage performance expectations and deliverables, coach, redirect, and take corrective action Coordinate and maintain all facilities supplies and equipment maintenance schedules and standards Respond and provide immediate support for after hour emergencies as required Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years' success operating in a management role responsible for an operations/services team, in the cleaning/janitorial/maintenance environment A high degree of passion, know-how and experience implementing and maintaining a high standard of quality, service and operational excellence Action oriented, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment Possess understanding and value client expectations; driven to work hard towards delivering excellence in client servicing, building relationships and partnering to offer solutions to challenging problems Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety policies and safe practices Strong technical skills to learn and work with a variety of software Ability and willingness to travel regularly within designated territory Clear Background check, valid driver's license and clear driver's abstract We are not just a company we're a community, and we want you to be part of it!
