Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
Operational oversight and support across multiple assisted living communities Support for Executive Directors and community leadership teams Compliance oversight and survey readiness support Staffing support, accountability, and leadership development Systems/process improvements and operational consistency Performance reporting, KPI tracking, and operational accountability Assistance with budgeting, labor management, and expense control initiatives Regular travel between community locations based on operational needsQualifications:
3-7+ years of experience in assisted living, healthcare operations, or multi-site management Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of assisted living regulations and operational best practices preferred Experience supporting teams in a fast-paced operational environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly between locationsPreferred Qualifications:
Assisted Living Administrator experience or licensure preferred but not required Experience working with state regulatory agencies or survey processes Experience with staffing oversight, budgeting, and operational reportingCompensation & Benefits:
