Job Description

Overview Bid My Ride is a dealer-only wholesale operation looking for an experienced Auto Wholesale Operations / Inventory Manager to oversee vehicle inventory from purchase through auction sale. This role is operations-focused , not buying and not sales. The ideal candidate has hands-on Manheim experience , understands arbitration, condition reports, titles, and auction processes , and is highly organized. This position ensures vehicles are properly tracked, represented, and processed for sale. Responsibilities Manage wholesale inventory from acquisition through auction sale Coordinate vehicle setup for Manheim sale days (run lists, announcements, sale readiness) Handle Manheim arbitration (file, track, respond, resolve) Communicate condition issues, CRs, PSIs, and announcements to Manheim Track titles, paperwork, and sale status Maintain accurate inventory records (Excel / Google Sheets) Communicate with auction reps and internal team Ensure vehicles are properly listed and represented (no buying decisions) Monitor sale results and report outcomes Requirements Prior experience working with Manheim auctions Direct experience handling arbitration Strong organizational skills Comfortable using Excel or spreadsheets daily Familiarity with CRs, PSIs, announcements, title status Strong communication and follow-up skills Wholesale-only mindset Pay $1,000 - $1,500 per week depending on experience and skill level Paid cash weekly Higher pay available for candidates with strong Manheim, arbitration, and inventory management experience Please do not apply if you do not have automotive operation experience.

Why do you believe you are a good fit for this position? Have you personally managed vehicles through Manheim from post-purchase through sale day (titles, announcements, CRs, PSI, arbitration, etc.)? Do you have direct experience handling Manheim arbitrations including filing, follow-up, negotiation, and resolution? Have you communicated directly with Manheim staff including arbitration, titles, account reps, and sale day staff? Are you comfortable tracking inventory, sale dates, vehicle status, and results using Excel or Google Sheets daily? What is the highest number of vehicles you have managed at one time? What dealerships, wholesalers, auctions, or automotive companies have you worked for previously? Are you located in or willing to work around Metro Atlanta as needed (Manheim Atlanta / Manheim Georgia)?
