The primary mission of this role is to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Managing Director of Wholesale Mortgage Origination by ensuring seamless broker engagement, disciplined pipeline management, and flawless execution of loan originations from initial contact through closing. seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven operator to support and extend the capabilities of our Managing Director of Wholesale Mortgage Origination. This is a hybrid role combining: Broker relationship management (front-end deal flow) Loan processing & underwriting support (execution) Operational coordination (efficiency & scale) You will serve as both a broker concierge and a deal execution partner, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while elevating the overall broker experience.
