Schenectady, NY (Hybrid) Overview We're a growing consulting firm seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, client engagement, and business growth. This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in keeping projects on track, supporting clients, and helping the business scale.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, workflows, and internal coordination Track projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution Serve as a point of contact for clients and support ongoing relationships Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales pipeline tracking Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Support invoicing, CRM updates, and general business operations
Required Skills:
3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced environment Solid communication skills with both clients and internal teams Experience supporting sales or client-facing work
Preferred Skills:
Consulting or professional services experience Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana) Exposure to budgeting, invoicing, or contracts Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
