Full-time, Executive About the Opportunity We are a rapidly scaling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company delivering results-driven solutions across the Real Estate, Solar, and Back-Office sectors. We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our operational infrastructure. This is a high-impact role responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and aligning growth strategies with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Oversee delivery, client services, HR, and support functions while designing scalable operational systems.

Strategy & Growth:

Partner with the CEO to translate vision into actionable operational plans and drive expansion into new markets and verticals.

Performance Management:

Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to ensure profitability through cost optimization.

Team Leadership:

Build, lead, and mentor department heads (Ops, HR, QA, Training) to foster a results-oriented culture.

Process Optimization:

Leverage CRM systems and automation to continuously improve service delivery models. Requirements 7-10+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in BPO or service-based industries. Proven track record of scaling operations and managing large, high-performing teams. Experience working with international clients (U.S. market preferred). Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.

Preferred:

Background in real estate, solar, or lead generation industries.
