• Full-time About the Role We are seeking a Core System Operations Specialist to serve as the enterprise-wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Fiserv DNA core system .

This role is critical in supporting operational excellence across branches and virtual teams by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in system usage, transaction processing, and account management. You'll act as a trusted advisor across departments, helping teams navigate system functionality, improve workflows, and strengthen operational performance. What You'll Do Core System SME (Fiserv DNA): Serve as the primary expert on Fiserv DNA functionality, workflows, and best practices Support teams with system-related questions, troubleshooting, and process guidance Maintain deep knowledge of account structures, transactions, and system capabilities Stay current on system updates, enhancements, and industry trends Partner cross-functionally to drive consistent system usage across the organization

Operations & Transaction Oversight:

Monitor transaction activity and documentation for accuracy and compliance Identify trends, risks, and operational gaps Support issue resolution in partnership with operations and leadership teams Act as a key resource for front-line staff and managers

Operational Efficiency & Coaching:

Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve effectiveness Partner with leadership to recommend training and process improvements Conduct operational assessments and support continuous improvement efforts

Procedures & Documentation:

Maintain and update front-line procedures aligned with system functionality and policies Ensure clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in all documentation Support updates related to system enhancements and process changes

Vendor & Systems Support:

Collaborate with core system vendor on operational matters Support communication and readiness for system updates and enhancements

What We're Looking For Required:

2-5 years of experience in credit union or banking operations Hands-on experience with Fiserv DNA (core system) Strong understanding of: Transaction processing Deposit accounts and structures Front-line operational workflows Experience supporting or coaching team members across departments Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Preferred:
