About Us GhidottiBerger LLP is a multi-state creditors' rights law firm representing banks, servicers, and institutional investors in default-related matters, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and REO. With 9 office locations nationwide, we take pride in doing things right! Position Overview We are seeking a Director of Foreclosure Operations to lead and scale our Florida foreclosure platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day operational performance, team leadership, client deliverables, and alignment with servicer guidelines and internal SLAs. The right candidate understands the full lifecycle of a foreclosure file and can drive efficiency, accountability, and consistency across the process. Our practice handles a high-volume, fast-moving foreclosure pipeline with a focus on execution, compliance, and client reporting. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end foreclosure operations in Florida, from referral through sale and post-sale activities Manage and develop foreclosure operations teams (supervisors, processors, coordinators) Ensure compliance with client guidelines, court requirements, and firm protocols Drive performance against SLAs, including first legal timelines, service, judgment, and sale milestones Monitor and respond to client scorecards; prepare rebuttals and escalation strategies where appropriate Partner with legal team to align litigation strategy with operational execution Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce cycle times Oversee vendor management (process servers, publication, title, etc.) Maintain reporting infrastructure and deliver regular updates to clients and firm leadership Support onboarding of new clients and portfolios, including workflow design and staffing alignment Qualifications 7+ years of foreclosure/default operations experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Deep knowledge of Florida judicial foreclosure process, timelines, and court procedures Experience working with major servicers and investor guidelines (e.g., FHA, VA, GSE) Proven experience managing foreclosure operations within client systems such as Black Knight (BKFS/LPS MSP), Tempo, or similar platforms, with direct responsibility for SLA tracking, pipeline management, and scorecard performance Strong understanding of foreclosure lifecycle metrics and scorecard-driven environments Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and accountability Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills What We're Looking For Operator mindset - owns outcomes, not just process Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Able to balance client expectations with internal execution realities Detail-oriented, with the ability to step back and manage the broader operation •
