Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this role oversees operational team leaders across customer experience, repair, processing, fulfillment, logistics, analytics, and project management while ensuring operational performance supports the company's long-term growth strategy. This leader will focus on building scalable systems, developing a high-performing team, improving operational efficiency, and aligning operational Rocks with company-wide quarterly initiatives. The Director of Operations plays a key role in translating executive vision into operational execution while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This leader within an EOS-driven organization will utilize tools such as Level 10 meetings, Scorecards, Rocks, and accountability frameworks to create alignment, visibility, and measurable outcomes across the operations team. Operations Key Responsibilities Strategy, Operational Priorities & Workflows:
Lead the operational strategy for Secured Tech's service, fulfillment, processing, logistics, and customer experience functions. Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with company growth objectives, customer experience goals, and financial targets. Build and optimize scalable operational systems, workflows, and organizational structures that support long-term growth and efficiency. Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational discipline, and customer-centric execution. Identify operational risks, capacity constraints, and process inefficiencies while developing proactive solutions and improvement initiatives. Overseeing inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to maintain smooth production and distribution. Analyzing ED Tech Supply processing and shipping times. Identifying operational efficiency, bottlenecks, & trends with ETS Supply in collaboration of Value-Add Assistant Manager. Develop, monitor, and approve incentive plans tied to productivity, service quality, and cost savings.
Leadership & Team Development:
Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to department leaders across operations. Develop leadership skills, create opportunities for learning, accountability, and career development paths. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Finance, HR, Sales (Solutions and Remarketing), Customer Success, and Technology teams. Support workforce optimization, planning, and resource allocation with tier labor. Create a high-performance culture focused on execution, character, communication, adaptability, and accountability.
Metrics & Reporting:
Establish and monitor key performance metrics that drive efficiency, margins, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead review processes to evaluate trends, identify bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity. Champion operational initiatives focused on scalability, automation, quality control, and process optimization. Oversee the implementation and adoption of operational systems, new reporting structures, and tech stack that improve visibility and decision-making. Ensure operational processes support a seamless customer experience across the device lifecycle. Align operational teams around measurable goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
Financial Oversight & Workforce Planning:
Manage departmental budgets, allocating resources, and finding ways to reduce operational costs while maintaining our Customer Experience. Own labor forecasting and capacity planning. Contribute to strategic planning discussions related to scaling operations, infrastructure, staffing, and operational capabilities.
EOS Leadership & Execution:
Lead the operation team through EOS frameworks, including Level 10 meetings, Scorecards, Rocks, and Issues Lists. Ensure operational teams maintain clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and accountability structures. Facilitate cross-functional alignment and execution of company initiatives through EOS methodologies. Drive organizational clarity and execution consistency across departments.

P&L Impact COGS control and reduction Departmental overhead efficiency Labor as a % of revenue Operational KPIs Repair turnaround times CBB throughput Fulfillment error rates and inventory accuracy Customer service ratings (NPS/CSAT) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Familiarity with EOS leadership tools and language Strong communication skills, including verbal and written Strong cross-functional communication skills Ability to manage high-performing teams, motivate staff, and drive accountability across departments Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Demonstrated ability to manage P&L statements, reduce costs, optimize supply chains, and lead teams through major organizational changes
