Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Director of Operations at A Neumann & Associates, LLC. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, lead teams, and ensure optimal resource allocation for delivering exceptional service. This role involves developing operational strategies, providing excellent customer service, driving improvements, and fostering a seamless workflow across the organization. The individual will also contribute to analyzing business performance data to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Operations Management, including strategic planning and process optimization Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Proven Team Management experience, with the ability to lead and develop diverse teams Proficiency in Budgeting, including cost control and financial planning Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering a superior client experience Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) Experience in the business brokerage industry or professional services is highly desirable
