As a highly motivated District Manager, you will lead four company-owned centers in Southern California, driving enrollment growth, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Drive center performance by managing enrollment growth, lead conversion, student retention, revenue, and profitability Analyze trends and implement action plans to improve business metrics and customer experience Lead monthly KPI reviews with executive leadership and provide strategic insights Hire, coach, and develop Center Directors and staff to build high-performing teams Create a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence Ensure consistent execution of the Mathnasium Method, sales process, and instructional quality Conduct regular center visits to support teams and reinforce best practices Partner with marketing and community outreach to drive local growth and lead generation Manage center-level financial performance, staffing, and scheduling for profitability What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of multi-unit operations or retail leadership experience Proven success in driving performance and building scalable training programs Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with operational discipline Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Passion for delivering outstanding customer and student experiences Flexible schedule availability including weekends, day shifts, and on-call duties Why Join Mathnasium?
