Event Operations Coordinator

We're looking for someone to help run operations for our San Francisco market. This is not a typical warehouse job. You'll be the person making sure our DJs, gear, and events are dialed

• every time.

This role is part-time and flexible, ideal for someone who wants to be close to the events/music world and grow with us as the market expands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Warehouse & Gear

• Keep our warehouse organized and event-ready
• Prep and pack DJ + lighting equipment for events
• Prep and deprep photo booth equipment for events
• Manage returns, charging, and basic maintenance
• Track inventory and flag issues early Talent Coordination
• Coordinate gear pickups and drop-offs with DJs
• Train DJs on setup, breakdown, and equipment handling
• Train and assign photo booth attendants to events
• Be the go-to for "how does this work?" Event Operations
• Book hotels and handle travel when needed
• Make sure every event is fully staffed and prepared
• Step in and solve problems when things change last minute SF Market Support
• Be our on-the-ground operator in San Francisco
• Work closely with our core team to keep everything running smoothly

WHO YOU ARE

• Hands-on and comfortable with physical work
• Calm under pressure and good at solving problems Bonus if you:
• Have experience in events, production, or music
• Understand DJs / live event environments
• Are comfortable with basic tech / equipment

THE ROLE

• Part-time (hours vary based on events)
• Based in San Francisco
• Mix of warehouse work + coordination + occasional event support
• Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the market expands
